Welcome to The Starprints. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of thestarprints.com, getmine.thestarprints.com, and the readings, planners, and other digital products we offer (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
The Starprints is operated by The Winter Times ("we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us any time at oracle@thestarprints.com.
We sell personalized digital readings and planners, including the free 1-page Starprint reading, the Full Starprint Reading, the Birthday Reading, the 90-Day Launch Planner, and the 90-Day Rhythm Planner. Each product is generated from the birth details and information you provide and is delivered digitally.
Your Starprint is created for personal insight, inspiration, and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in a reading or planner is medical, psychological, legal, financial, or business advice, and it does not guarantee any particular outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your own life and business.
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and may change over time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown, including any applicable taxes. We do not store your full card details.
Products are digital and are delivered instantly on screen and/or by email to the address you provide. Please enter your email carefully and check your spam folder if you do not see your reading. If a product does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right.
Your reading is only as accurate as the details you give us. You agree to provide correct birth information and a valid email address. We are not responsible for a reading generated from incorrect details, though we are always happy to help you regenerate one.
Because our products are personalized and delivered immediately, please review our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content in the Services, including the Starprint system, readings, planners, text, imagery, and branding, is owned by and is the copyright property of The Starprints and Kayla Winter, and protected by law. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use your reading or planner for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or create derivative products from our content without our written permission.
If you join our affiliate program, your participation is also governed by the terms presented when you sign up. Referral tracking is handled by our affiliate partner. Commissions are paid only on qualifying, completed purchases.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Winter Times is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which The Winter Times is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Please confirm the governing state and any dispute-resolution venue with your legal advisor.)
