Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about every purchase from The Starprints. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital readings and planners. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Digital, personalized, delivered instantly

Our products are personalized digital goods. They are generated from your birth details and delivered to you immediately, on screen and by email. Because of this, all sales are final once your product has been delivered, and we are generally unable to offer a refund for a change of mind.

When we will always help

We stand behind our work. Contact us and we will make it right if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error.
  • You did not receive your reading or planner and we cannot deliver it to you.
  • Your product arrived incomplete or with a technical fault that we cannot fix.

In these cases we will re-deliver, repair, or, where that is not possible, issue a refund to your original payment method.

Wrong details at checkout

If you entered incorrect birth information or the wrong email, please reach out. A reading built from the wrong details is not eligible for a refund, but we will happily regenerate it with the correct information at no extra cost.

How to reach us

To request help or a refund, email oracle@thestarprints.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order confirmation and the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order quickly.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. It can take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
